SIS Cup: Experience Connection, Interaction, and Team Spirit

The SIS Cup is an annual sporting event that takes place over two days and brings together students from various SIS campuses. The focus is not only on sporting competition, but above all on intercultural exchange and shared experiences across national and cultural borders.

 

We believe that learning and personal development extend far beyond the classroom. The SIS Cup offers our students the opportunity to actively practise fairness, team spirit and respect, whilst forming new friendships in an international setting.

 

As the SIS Cup is an international event and the websites are also used in Brazil and Germany, the content is available in English only.

10 Years of the SIS Cup

As the SIS Cup marks its 10th anniversary and returns to Basel, where it all began, we revisit the origins of the event with Marc Sachs, sports teacher and SIS Cup Coordinator, and explore how it has grown into a truly special international experience for students and staff.
